1. PURPOSE

This Trust & Safety Policy defines the standards, systems, and enforcement mechanisms AYIVOO uses to protect users, service providers, and platform integrity.

AYIVOO is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and reliable marketplace.

2. USER SAFETY STANDARDS

AYIVOO implements safety measures including:

  • identity verification (where required),
  • review and rating systems,
  • reporting and flagging tools,
  • monitoring of suspicious activity.

However, AYIVOO does not guarantee the physical safety of third-party services.

3. PROVIDER VERIFICATION (KYC/KYB)

Service providers may be required to complete verification including:

  • government-issued ID,
  • business registration documents,
  • proof of address,
  • tax identification,
  • insurance documentation (where applicable).

AYIVOO may approve, reject, or suspend providers at its sole discretion.

4. FRAUD PREVENTION SYSTEM

AYIVOO actively monitors for:

  • fake accounts,
  • fraudulent bookings,
  • payment abuse,
  • chargeback manipulation,
  • fake reviews,
  • identity misrepresentation.

AYIVOO may:

  • suspend accounts immediately,
  • freeze funds,
  • cancel transactions,
  • restrict access permanently.

5. CONTENT SAFETY POLICY

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • illegal services or activities,
  • misleading or deceptive listings,
  • hate speech or discriminatory content,
  • sexual exploitation content,
  • violent or harmful services,
  • counterfeit or unauthorized services,
  • spam or manipulated content.

AYIVOO reserves the right to remove any content without notice.

6. USER REPORTING SYSTEM

Users can report:

  • unsafe behavior,
  • fraudulent providers,
  • inaccurate listings,
  • abusive conduct.

Reports may trigger investigation and enforcement action.

7. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

AYIVOO may apply:

  • warnings,
  • temporary suspension,
  • permanent ban,
  • financial withholding,
  • legal escalation.

8. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

AYIVOO enforces zero tolerance for:

  • fraud,
  • identity theft,
  • exploitation,
  • payment abuse.

9. PLATFORM DISCRETION

All safety decisions are made at AYIVOO’s sole discretion to protect users and platform integrity.
