By confirming a booking, users agree to the applicable cancellation terms.
2. PLATFORM ROLE
AYIVOO acts only as an intermediary and does not control provider cancellation rules.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds may depend on:
- timing of cancellation,
- provider policy,
- service type,
- whether service was partially or fully delivered.
4. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
If approved:
- refunds are processed via original payment method,
- processing time may vary depending on payment providers.
5. NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend a booked service may result in:
- no refund,
- full charge retention by provider.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of unforeseen events (weather, emergencies, etc.):
- refunds or rescheduling may be decided case-by-case.
7. DISPUTES
Refund disputes are handled under the Dispute Resolution Policy.
