1. GENERAL RULE

Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers and displayed at the time of booking.

By confirming a booking, users agree to the applicable cancellation terms.

2. PLATFORM ROLE

AYIVOO acts only as an intermediary and does not control provider cancellation rules.

3. REFUNDS

Refunds may depend on:

  • timing of cancellation,
  • provider policy,
  • service type,
  • whether service was partially or fully delivered.

4. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

If approved:

  • refunds are processed via original payment method,
  • processing time may vary depending on payment providers.

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend a booked service may result in:

  • no refund,
  • full charge retention by provider.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of unforeseen events (weather, emergencies, etc.):

  • refunds or rescheduling may be decided case-by-case.

7. DISPUTES

Refund disputes are handled under the Dispute Resolution Policy.
